This class will teach you about the business side of running a successful restaurant, including marketing on the Internet, operations and finance. You will learn how to:
Get existing customers to come back more often;
Break into new markets;
Get local community and civic organizations to market your business;
Increase the value of your customer relationships;
Consistently operate at or near full capacity;
Hire and train the right staff to meet your service standards;
More effectively manage your time; and
Develop and implement systems, policies and procedures to run your business more effectively.
