Once again this last week Los Angeles area businesses for sale in Southern California and Alameda County businesses for sale in Northern California led the with the most sales last week.

The BizBen stats of businesses sold show sales for the month of February had declined from last years numbers due to the "squeeze factor" we are seeing now with the lower "equity values" buyers have to utilize for down payments on a business purchase and sellers being somewhat cautious about selling at this time.
