When you are searching for an SBA loan be sure to prequalify your lender. What type of deals have they historically done? Do they like hotels or are these types of deals on their discouraged property list. Always interview your lender, you will have a better understanding of their thought processes if you engage them in a conversation about the type of deals they do.
