I don't know how many schools actually change hands but it's good to know there's an expert who can be there when one does. I got involved in the sale of school years ago and learned there's a lot of specialized knowledge you need to handle a deal like that properly.

I know of Joanne and the work she does with preschool and school sales - I have heard of her since I have had schools in the past and continue to look for new ones to possible purchase! Good to see you on BizBen Joanne, I'll check out your info and listings. By the way, with the economy the way it is, what are you finding that schools selling for these days? What multiples are being used?
