Geographical Area Wanted: San Diego Ca. within 25 mile radius or operations can be managed remotely or 120 mile radius requiring management less than 2x per week or relocatable.

Annual Income Wanted: Must be generating a minimum of $120K After Debt Service  - 2007 and 2008 for consideration.

Price Range Wanted: $250K to $850K

Buyer's Work Background / Experience:  1.Procurement and contract law, both domestic and international. Global supplier development and management. Managed purchasing personnel. Extensive background in freight, distribution, supply chain logistics.  2. Retailer of Sporting Goods as a franchisee in one of the most successful stores in the USA. Also owner/manager of hair salons during the same time period.

Buyer's Financial Resources: $400K cash and in good standing with SBA/Credit

SBA Prequalified: Yes - several lenders

Credit: Excellent

Personal Financial Statement / Info: Equity in home available for the right acquisition. Personal financial statement and resume on file and available - will email/fax with any NDA submitted.
