BUSINESS WANTED - Buyer Seeks LA, Orange County Business To Buy

My name is Rick and I am interested in purchasing an existing business. I am open minded about the type of business to buy but would hope to get some specific things if possible.

My background is in lighting, electrical and also was a real estate investor for 15 years. I do not have much experience running a business and would need extensive training from the seller.

I am open minded to the type of business to buy but would like it to be located in Los Angeles or Orange County. I will be paying cash up to $300,000 and would like at least $100,000+ in annual net profits with absentee owner. One of the main concerns is a strong future for this business. I am open to existing franchise opportunities also and will sign a non-discloser agreement.
