How To Buy A Coin Laundry - Live Workshop - San Diego Saturday 2/18

Chuck Post

Contributed by Chuck Post

SATURDAY - February 18, 2012  -  IN SAN DIEGO at 11:00 am

LOCATION: BLUE PLANET LAUNDRY AT, 6145 EL CAJON BLVD., SAN DIEGO, CA 92115 (AT COLLEGE & EL CAJON BLVD.. AT CAMPUS PLAZA NEAR VON’S AND WOODSTOCK PIZZA).

We try to keep these events small enough to accommodate beneficial discussion and questions. You will be given a packet including a work up sheet to use when you are researching this business.

First, we will start at a local Coin Laundry, where you will gain Hands On experience in examining the working laundry. If too busy we will go for coffee and have an open discussion about the Pro’s and Con’s of the Laundry Business.

LEARN WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR IN PURCHASING A COIN LAUNDRY.

The Coin Laundry Business is an excellent investment. Unfortunately, it is also a difficult business to purchase with reasonable assurance of the accuracy of information. We at PBI are Laundry Consultants. We are not directly affiliated with any Distributor or Manufacturer of equipment. We work directly for you, the Buyer. Regardless if you are working with a Seller, Sellers Agent; or a distributor at this time, we are in your corner in the transaction.

I have sold, developed and re-tooled hundreds of Coin Laundry Businesses over a 26 year span. Email your RSVP to pbibroker@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

Learn the answers to these questions and what ever else is on your mind:

* How do I value a coin laundry
* Why are the sale prices so high?
* What are the pitfalls to look out for?
* How can I be assured that the income is as they say it is?
* What about re-tooling opportunities?
* What are the hidden costs?
* What makes a good business model for a coin laundry?
* Coin or card? - Attended or Un-Attended?
* How much time should I expect to dedicate to operations?
* Your own questions will also be answered
