I am the director of a large food service operation with 36 sites; over 150 employees and an annual operating budget of 16 million dollars. Of course a franchise restaurant/s with high revenue would be perfect for me, but I'm open to any business with a high adjusted net.
I can put down 200K If I operate absentee and 250K if owner/operator. I also have a very high credit score so owner financing would be great or I can obtain an SBA loan. All revenue and adjusted net MUST be verifiable."
