| Mike has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions of privately owned businesses and has managed several hundred transactions, specializing in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and business-to-business services. Previsously, he founded two businesses and held management positions in finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds at Revlon, Pfizer, and CBS and in economic, financial, and corporate development consulting. Mike has served as an officer, director and chairman of several committees of the California Association of Business Brokers. |
