| Rick Eggleton has been a small business entrepreneur for more than 35 years starting 12 different companies, buying and building 6 companies and actively involved as a business transaction intermediary for nearly 20 years. He focuses on both buyer and seller needs and acts as a matchmaker. Rick has successfully completed more than 500 transactions for his buyers and sellers. In addition to the sale/purchase of existing businesses Rick works with more than 100 franchisors to help them find ideal franchise owners using a proprietary system profiling the franchisor’s top performing owners and matching prospective franchises skills, financial requirements, goals, to those top performers. Rick is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers, International Business Brokers Association, and the American Business Brokers Association. Rick attended Chapman University, Stanford Graduate School of Business and is active in many local service organizations. |
