Since 1981 I have exclusively sold only Hallmark stores throughout California. As a former Hallmark market development manager it was my responsibilty to select and negotiate suitable retail space in shopping centers for new tenants, locate new store owners and sell them the Hallmark program. The program consisted of a review of the prospect's financial picture for qualification, a review of a checklist of items to meet personality standards, sign Gold Crown application, reserve training class commitment, plan and schedule new store opening for the new Hallmark owner/operator. As an existing store owner I keep up to date on the most current events within the company. I've been associated with Hallmark in different capacities since 1965.
