Trees, Trees, Trees! Three (3) separate parcels packed with trees! They may be purchased altogether or individually. On one (1) parcel all of the trees are boxed and ready to move. They range in size from 60" to 144". That is 5' square to 12' square! Many are large specimen pines -- an instant forest feel to newly constructed sites. The asking price has been revised to include the equipment necessary to dig and transport the trees. This includes a gigantic spade and a truck for transport. With this added equipment a tree can be removed from the ground in an afternoon and moved to the new location. Acres and acres of trees ready to be transported and planted at sites for hotels, casinos, shopping centers, business and industrial complexes, or anywhere that a mature landscape is essential or beneficial to the overall appearance of the construction project. The inventory alone is valued at over $16,000,000 at 2009 wholesale prices! A couple of years ago this same inventory would bring in over $30 million wholesale. The inventory consists of trees in the ground and boxed. The various trees include Maples, Ash, Sequoia Red Woods, Pine (Eldarica & Halepensis), Olive, Magnolia, Birch, and many many more. All of the trees are set up on a drip watering system.



Facilities:

There are 3 separate locations: 2 in the San Joaquin Valley and 1 on the way to the Central Coast. The one on the way to the Central Coast is approximately 40 acres. The larger one in the San Joaquin Valley is 50 acres and the last one that consists almost entirely of boxed trees ready to ship is 10 acres. The trees are mature. A large portion are already boxed (ready to ship) and the remaining trees are in the ground. When boxed the sizes vary from 24" to 144" (2' to 12' square!!!)The majority of the trees are in the range of 36" to 120".



Further Details and Potential for Expansion:

This business will be booming again when construction takes off. Presently sales are slow due to the slow down in commercial building. Buyers include real estate developers, landscape contractors and architects, shopping centers, golf courses, hotels, casinos, and anywhere that a mature landscape is desired.
