This is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) company (the "Company") that was started by the present owner and has been operating successfully full time in the greater SF bay area since 2006, and part time prior to 2006. CSAs are an increasingly common means for consumers to acquire seasonally fresh organic food products from local family farmers. (see CSA information on the web.) the Company provides the organic food linkage between farmers and consumers - it brings the farmers market concept to the customers. Attesting to the viability of the Company is the fact that sales have annually increased significantly -including the current recessionary times.

Personnel Functions
Owner/Manager: manages overall operations; membership subscriptions (see below)
CSA Coordinator: services membership, maintains website, coordinates deliveries
CSA Coordinator: general operations - packing/loading delivery vans, customer service issues
CSA Associate: process/packs orders, contacts new members, customer service issues
Office Assistant: phone receptionist and general office tasks, assists processing orders
Quality Control Assistant: processes orders including packing orders for delivery
Drivers (2): pick up products from farmers; deliver packaged orders to customer drop off locations.

Facilities/Equipment
The Company's facilities need only to accommodate two large cooler units and a storage/packing area with delivery van access, small office space. The location of the facilities and operations is to be determined by the new owner as the operation is conducted on a closed route pick-up and delivery system of all bay area counties. The Company's business model is both expandable and replicable for establishing in other areas. Membership Subscriptions
The Company sales are generated by membership subscription. Customers can sign up on an annual basis and prepay for orders. Subscription costs vary with the customers' preferred order quantity and variety. Currently there is a customer waiting list for new produce pick-up locations.
