The Company was founded in 1999 to be a full service provider of qualified personnel and managed services to the IT, telecom and CATV industries for the planning, design, construction and maintenance for nationwide wireless and wireline networks. The Company is organized into three separate divisions: Administrative Division Turnkey Solutions Division Staffing Solutions Division The Company currently holds contractor's licenses in the states of California, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia, and is registered to conduct business in over 25 states and overall. It employs approximately 300 people working for various clients across the U.S. Approximately 60% of the Company's total revenues are derived from the staffing solutions division, with the remaining 40% coming from the turnkey solutions division. The Company provides qualified personnel to augment clients' existing staff for short and long term projects. Other clients request managed services either per task or for a set of tasks to be completed within a particular timeframe on an hourly, unit, and/or lump sum basis. The Company's personnel and/or managed services are utilized for network expansion, network maintenance and disaster recovery projects.
