Smb Is Divided Into Two Major Divisions: Manufacturing, Which Consists Of Approximately 15 Factory Staff. The Second Includes Approximately 40-Field Crew Whom Are Responsible For Working With The Site Contractor To Ensure Timely Delivery And Installation Of Their Product. In The Field, There Are Multiple Field Crews Divided Into Teams Each Managed By A Foreman. The Company’s Daily Management Is Headed By 6 Key Employees Responsible For Oversight Of The Manufacturing Plant And Field Workers. Administrative Support Included An Office Manager. The Majority Shareholder’s Role In The Business Is Divided Between Bid Reviews, Contract Negotiations And General Company Oversight.
Revenue Base Is Quality And Price Centered With Little Emphasis On Marketing Efforts To Drive New Sales In Their Current Space And In New Sectors Such As Commercial, Government And Private Projects.
