We have existing customers, prospects and a pipeline of target accounts. The distribution rights will span from San Diego to Santa Barbara.
The parent company will make all your cold calls on the phone to establish your appointments, thus allowing you to walk into warm sales calls.
In the purchase price is included:
-Exclusive Wholesale Distribution rights of the products from Santa Barbara to San Diego. -Good will: existing customers and prospects -Training: product training, sales training, and business operation training (at least 3 days) -Inside Sales Support: our headquarter location will cold call on your distributorships behalf. -Field Sales Support: a minimum of 20 days in the field sales support making sales call with you. -Samples for the first year (not to exceed 400/week). -Marketing Materials for the first year (pamphlets, info cards, invoices, business cards and truck wrap).
