Mr. Pickle's History

The first Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop was founded in San Mateo, California, in 1994 by CEO Frank Fagundes. Frank had access to all of the best breads, meats and cheeses. The combination of high-quality product plus Frank's exuberant customer service created a seamless guest experience. The San Mateo store was a
huge success, so Frank then joined forces with his family to multiply this proven formula.

With over 40 franchised locations, Mr. Pickle's Inc. has developed a systematic formula for success that can be taught to any hands-on, hardworking owner.
