Deb, a business buyer in the Sacramento area discusses her new challange of searching to buy a business in the Sacramento area of California. Making alot of the classic mistakes business buyers make especially in the beginning process - like not having a Buyer Profile / Personal Financial Statement ready to return with Non Disclosure Agreements to brokers and agents.

Also she did not understand the process of working with business brokers in her area. Listen to her early trials of searching for a Sacramento based business for sale  and some basic suggestions I have given her about searching for new listings and how important it is to keep on top of this process daily.

She has approximately $80K to put down and is looking for a wide array of small businesses. Not getting support from various family members is weighing on her decision of moving forward.
