Christina Krikorian of California Business Brokers chats with me about how she had a record 2007 in business sales and what some of the challenges were in getting some deals closed. We also talk about SBA loans and how some lenders are getting more tight in their underwriting due to the credit environment we face at this time.
She also discusses with me what paperwork all sellers should have in place before they go to market and some odd twists she had last year dealing with owners, landlords, and business buyers. We also discuss industry trends for 2008 and what she feels are important factors for selling and buying businesses in the new year!
