More About Me And What I Want In A Business Purchase:
I have a background in the restaurant industry and would like to get back into it after working in the corporate world. I have thought about purchasing another business for the last 3-5 years, but have always worked for the big companies. Now I have decided to run a business on my own. I am currently looking for a deli/cafe with a 5 day operation, in which I would be 100% involved in the day to day operation. I would like the location to be in a high-rise building in downtown San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland. However, I am also open to looking at a location that is in a business area with heavy foot traffic....not necessarily in a high-rise building. Cities such as San Mateo, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton would fit into my plan. I would like to focus on breakfast items from juice and coffee to a full breakfast. During lunch, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, pasta, etc. I would also be open to buying a business with a beer/wine license. |
