The most desirable business would have several years of increasing sales, solid profitability, and positive cash flow, substantiated by credible P&Ls and income tax returns. The desirable sales range is $300,000 to $2,000,000.
Our buyer client is experienced in information technology, is well-qualified for SBA financing, and has sufficient cash to make the acquisition. The buyer would be open to various types of transaction, including for the current owner to stay on in a compensated employment or consulting position for as little or as long as the seller might desire.
