The current Franchise(s) for sale have been in operation for over 14 years. This sale includes 4 territories all on the Mid-Peninsula. The current owners have operated the business since 2005., but these territories have been in operation since 1985. There is a short term, small office lease that can be re-negotiated or the new buyer can move the business to their desired location. The current business employs 6 full time and 1 part time. They operate from Monday Friday between 8:00 am 4:30 pm. The owner operators work approximately 25 hours per week. The sellers will help train a new buyer. Any buyer will also need to train in Memphis, Tennessee at the Corporate offices. In addition, there are Franchise Transfer fees to be paid by the Buyer to the Franchisor.
