The Gas sales: average 100,245 Gals/mo. at .33-.35 margin; Market sales: average $31,141.00 at .35 margin. Lotto sales: average $31,045.00 at .062 margin. Car Wash sales: average $21,121.00 at .92 margin. Owner wants to retire so he likes to sell all the improvements, building, canopy, MPD's and Car Wash equipment and all other equipment related to the gas business.
