The coffee machines are European-designed counter-top machines with ten selections. The coffee machines wholesale new at $3,000. Refurbished machines cost less. The coffee machines and the coffee are the best available on the market.
This Coffee Company has already sold 150 locations in Southern California to 4 separate buyers over the past 5 months. The Seller has given new customer leads to these Buyers, a number of which have turned into new accounts.

Facilities: Since the Owner services the accounts at their location there is not the need for an office or store. If storage is needed then the Owner's garage should suffice.
Competition: Reliable, friendly service, quality products, top of the line equipment are what keep your customers loyal and happy and is one of the major protections from competition.
Growth & Expansion: Vendors who provide good service and do adequate low-key marketing generally do well and expand their businesses. During the training the Owner will train the New Buyer how to obtain new locations and support training up to a year.
Support & Training: The Owner will train and includes one-year consulting period which begins at the end of training. Also included is a non-compete covenant.
