This company purchased $1.2 billion of commercial property in the Silicon Valley in 2017 alone most of it needs refurbishing or repurposing, generating lots of work for this plumbing contractor, which is the exclusive plumbing contractor for the client in the Silicon Valley area. The owner expects to do $1.5 million + with this client in 2018.
There is a management team so that the owner works primarily on business development and top management oversight of the team. He is also the guardian of the profit margins, reviewing most bids prepared by the estimators, especially the large ones.
