We are looking for an accredited home health agency in the five counties surrounding Los Angeles. Ideally, the home health agency should have at least 5-10 managed care contracts to include LA Care, Health Net, and Care Centrix. The agency should be able to provide the last three-year tax returns. The agency should be able to provide the last three-year tax returns with an annual gross income of $2 million and above. An EBITDA of $200,000 - $500,000 (before recasting).
