The other 30% of the customer base is 'residential/design.' Mainly interested in decorating the different rooms of home and office spaces, the typical customer is female, aged 25-60, and living in the US (85%), Canada (10%), Australia & Europe (5%). These residential/design customers order pre made wall products directly from the website or by phone, or they commission a custom project and go through a made to order process with the graphic designer team for wall products manufactured to their specifications.

Growth potential for a motivated new owner is immense. The company has a database of over 84,000 customer email addresses, just waiting for an aggressive marketing campaign for expanded goods and services. The current owners are relocating to another part of the country for family reasons and, so, have held off on any such extraordinary marketing efforts.

Located in a retail/production facility in the heart of downtown San Francisco (approx. 4,400 sq. ft, approx. $11,400 monthly rent), the company has the expertise and the equipment to produce most products in house. While current rent is dictated by its 'downtown-retail' location, business is not 'location-sensitive'; therefore, the facility could easily be moved to less expensive real estate, resulting in no decrease in sales and considerably more profit.

Seller's Discretionary Earnings ('SDE') for an owner-manager for 2018 are estimated to be approximately $249,000, with an effective SDE ('ESDE') being over $315,000 when location rent economies are implemented.

The equipment is all in excellent condition with estimated replacement cost value estimated at $345,000.

Complete historical financial data (tax returns, bank statements, A/R and A/P records, etc.), employee records, current and pending contracts, etc. will be provided to serious financially-qualified prospects upon submission of an NDA and preliminary discussion with the seller and broker.

*The transaction. The asking price is $599,000 (approximately 50% of gross annual revenue | 1.9x Effective SDE | 1.74x replacement cost of physical assets), plus cost of inventory on hand at time of closing, plus 10% of open contracts at time of closing (or as negotiated). Materials on hand inventory approximately $15,000, will be in addition to the price.
