Q1: I purchased a single posting but cannot find it?
After purchasing your single posting it will be in the Drafts tab. To navigate there, go to My BizBen, click on My Postings — you will see three tabs: Active, Inactive, and Drafts. Click on Drafts and begin posting your listing.
Q2: My posting information disappeared!
Make sure to save your posting as a draft or publish it (using the button in the bottom right-hand corner) before exiting the tab/browser or closing your device. Unsaved changes will be lost if you navigate away without saving.
Q3: Why can't I publish my listing?
If the publish button is greyed out and not clickable, hover over it — a popup will appear identifying which required field is missing. The most common reason is a missing Business Category. Fill in all required fields and the Publish button will become active.
Q4: How do I pause or close my account?
You can email us at support@bizben.com to request a change to your account status, including pausing or closing your account. Our support team will assist you promptly.
