He has experience with refranchising company-owned units and asset recovery in bankruptcy situations as well.
Carter has owned or managed several small to medium size businesses, including real estate firms, franchised restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores. His experience as a business owner combined with over 15 years in business brokerage have well-equipped him to deal with all of the challenges involved with buying and selling businesses, from negotiating contracts, to navigating financing and franchisor approvals, to securing lease renewals and assignments.
