What to Expect on Our First Call:

During our no-cost, no-obligation introductory call, you’ll give me a high-level overview of your business. I’ll explain the sales process and what’s needed to estimate your business’s value.

Ideally, I will need to review 3 years of financials (tax returns, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets). If financials are not available, I can still help determine a fair market value using alternative methods.
