June Kozen

June Kozen's hands-on experience as a Burger King Franchisee for over 12 years of multiple restaurants has exposed her all aspects of being an owner and operator. She personally overcame the difficulties and succeeded in increasing sales to one of the most difficult stores in Southern California. She was able to attain and maintain some of the highest sales (up to 2 million) in the Los Angeles Region year after year. She was one of the first women to own a major Franchise and was able to compete to shoulder to shoulder with McDonald's, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, and others. June has assisted many new Franchisees to succeed where others have failed. She has sold many restaurants and gas stations where sales increased 25-30% in one month. She has worked with Receivers, SBA loans, Escrow Companies, Title Companies, Landlords, and leases on a regular basis. There are very few Business Brokers that understand and know what it takes to sell a Franchise, June Kozen and her team definitely knows. We give the new Franchisee the keys to succeed.
