We are looking for a licensed Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) that is situated between Rancho Cucamonga (San Bernandino County) and Pasadena (Los Angeles County). The buyer has many years of experience in managing an ADHC which would be pivotal towards finding a center that would fit his needs.
He is looking at purchasing an ADHC licensed for 100-140 clients with a building size of 8,000 to 10,000 square feet. If the property is for sale, he would consider a property purchase with the seller. If possible, a fleet of 10 Vans or the like and drivers, with the buyer very much looking at retaining as much of the staff as possible. Purchase price parameters will be negotiable with the seller looking at putting down majority cash and possibly pursing his own financing for the acquisition.
As a part of the purchase process, we would have an initial conversation to discuss if your ADHC would be conducive to the buyer followed up by an NDA and setting up a face to face meeting with the seller and listing broker/agent.
