Wanted: Real Estate Staging Service - SF Bay Area, North Bay

Current Status: Active     Posting #: 265734     Last Refreshed: 11/4/21

We have two highly-qualified buyers. Both seek a staging biz in SF Bay Area or North Bay locations. Both have extensive business experience - corporate & professional.

One of the two buyers especially wants several staging companies to merge together.

We require the business to be profitable, with recurring agent referrals, a strong employee team, a great reputation, high-quality inventory, and accurate books and records.

Ideally, gross revenue should range from approx. $500,000 to $1,500,000; net cash flow (SDE) should be in the $150k to $600k range. The seller should be willing to negotiate terms for a reasonable transition period.

The price range for any such business is approximately $400,000 to about $1,000,000, depending on gross and net revenue, financial history, recent past performance, and potential for growth..

Both buyers anticipate a purchase of all the company's assets except for A/R, cash-on-hand, rent security deposit(s), and A/P.

They both anticipate a cash deal, possibly with a small amount of short-term seller financing. Both buyers each have sufficient liquid assets and credit to purchase without SBA funding.

The buyers' interest is immediate, with a closing (transfer of ownership) anticipated in the first quarter of 2021.
