The customer fees are a small fraction (often less than 10%) of what an attorney might charge for similar document preparation. Other than a caring attitude to assist people and an interest in legal processes, no legal expertise is required. Depending on the experience of the Buyer, owners are willing to train the Buyer for up to six (6) months to ensure a smooth transition.
