About Mike Nova, Business Broker: North Bay Restaurant, Retail Specialist

I have over 30 years of direct restaurant industry experience, including my personal experience as a restaurant owner. For the last 7 years I have worked as a Broker specializing in this challenging and ever changing field of restaurant and bar sales.

I sold my first venture, a catering company in Los Angeles, at age 23 and have continued to work in the food service industry as a manager, corporate trainer and owner ever since.

My experience includes the management of restaurants, bars and clubs in the Honolulu area where I was involved with every aspect of operations from payroll and staffing to cost analysis and bookkeeping. Based on my Honolulu experience, I had the opportunity to develop the fine dining and bar/cocktail program for Roy Yamagucchi and Roy's Restaurants. This program was later implemented in the Roy's San Francisco location and other Roy's Restaurants.

I bring my extensive and diverse background in the restaurant industry, including my personal experience as a restaurant owner and my intimate knowledge of restaurant sales to buyers and sellers.
