A Perfect & Profitable Construction Business Serving a Focused Market Niche

The problem with working in the Construction Market as a contractor you either face many competitors trying to undercut your bids or you discover the clients that need the work frequently do not have the
funds to pay for that work. This unique business model reduces or eliminates both problems.

This unique business model serves a niche clientele in the Construction Remodeling Market, focusing on serving the elderly and disabled. The secret of this business is having the ability to locate the pool of
clients that need the work and then securing the contract for the work while simultaneously obtaining the funding to pay for that work.

The business incorporated 20 plus years ago and has been profitable for the owners from its inception. The owner was initially approached to perform a specialized remodeling job for a disabled client. That first
job evolved into obtaining a unique approved status to perform remodeling for a huge market of elderly and/or disabled individuals in a way that both limits competition and funds the projects as they are won.

The projects are bid in advance and once won are put into the funding pipeline for future completion. So at any time you are either performing current fully funded jobs or you are bidding to win new future jobs for the funding pipeline.

Right now the company has several construction projects pending in the funding pipeline which are GUARANTEED FUTURE WORK. The owner is actively bidding to win additional projects which
then go into the funding pipeline for future completion.

In the business model, as operated by the owner, all work is being performed by highly skilled, licensed and insured independent sub-contractors, most of which have worked with the owner for years. One
key factor for a new owner to consider is that by doing part of the sub-contract work yourself (you perform one of the sub-contractor functions) this business would be even more profitable for the new owner.

* A Home Based business for 20 plus years

* Unique Established Barrier to Entry limits competition and reduces price pressure

Growth & Expansion:
* A large and growing market opportunity exists. The current owner only bids those projects he can handle himself. Adding support staff would increase the ability to grow and perform more work or cover a larger business area. Growth is reasonably unlimited.

Support & Training:
* The owner will train and support the new owner as needed to learn and execute the process. The seller is also available to work with the new owners in any form they have in mine as long as it is a win for both of them.

Reason for Selling:
* Retiring

Home Based:
* Yes
