Restaurant eXchange specializes in the confidential sale of restaurants and related business opportunities. In general, our market area includes the following Northern California counties: Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, Yolo, Solano, Amador, Calaveras and Sonoma. We help business owners attain a fair value for their investment and move on to the next opportunity or stage of life.

In doing so, we help Buyers achieve their goals of business ownership by matching them with suitable opportunities based on their desires, experience and financial resources. We have experience selling most every type of retail food and beverage business, from ice cream shops, coffeehouses, and delis, to full-service fine dining restaurants, bars, and catering businesses. We have sold real property in combination with some of the businesses.

We represent both independently owned and franchised businesses, and have experience with many ethnic concepts. Specializing allows us to concentrate 100% of our efforts within the food and beverage industry, and enables us to better anticipate and resolve the problems and issues which can arise during a transaction.
