Business has been in California Bay Area for about 15 years. Its primary work involves managing the household and personal belongings of estates. We serve the trustee/executor in the capacity of dealing with the contents. We do not take over and legal or financial tasks. The work we do will, however, impact the legal and financial tasks that the Trustee/Executor are responsible for.
With that knowledge we ensure that our involvement provides accountability to the client and beneficiaries of the estate. The accountability creates a tool that uses photo images and written compliment that can be used to track, value and otherwise 'account' for what has occurred with the estate contents. This tool is given to the Trustee for use as well as presented in an online format for beneficiaries to review.
The next phase of our work with clients is to coordinate and manage the distribution to beneficiaries, sale, donation and hauling of contents. Afterwards at the project completion the client can expect the house to be empty and a deliverable of a hardcopy and soft copy of the project packet. This packet is used for communications with tax, legal and beneficiary knowledge.
We strive for a transparent process that allows for our team to work with the client and show beneficiaries what is being done.
One of our hallmark components is the community outreach for donations. Non-profits in all areas of service will and do benefit from our work. These relationships provide reciprocal gain as the estates get the contents to use and the organizations get to help their communities.
