Patented Semiconductor IP for Item-Level RFID Tags
Call/Email
CF : $ 4,500
Our Client owns a granted United States patent, with a related international filing, on a new semiconductor timing circuit proven in fabricated silicon, and has designed on top of it a wireless architecture aimed at one of the largest unsolved problems in retail and logistics: true item-level tagging. A buyer acquires the patent and the filing, the unpublished know-how behind them, the fabricated silicon with its measurement data, the completed circuit designs, and a fully simulated wireless transceiver. The owners will consider a sale of the whole platform or of an individual field of use. The prize is item-level tagging: a tag small and cheap enough to go on every individual product and readable from across a room, so that a cart, a pallet or a whole warehouse inventories itself. A major retailer spent billions in the early 2000s pursuing exactly this and did not get there, because an antenna small enough to fit on an item forces a very short read range, while a useful range needs an antenna larger than the item. In this company's modeling its tag uses an antenna smaller than a printed barcode, reads at up to seven meters, and costs less per unit than scanning a barcode by hand. Global logistics and identification companies have spent a year or more in discussions with the founder, and every one asked to see working silicon first. The foundation is the timing circuit. Nearly every chip made contains a phase-locked loop, and for decades it has forced a compromise between locking on fast and locking on accurately. A widely cited academic paper concluded that instability cannot be eliminated in conventional loops, and the industry has spent twenty years on workarounds. Our Client removed the loop filter altogether. Its circuit, fabricated in a standard 180-nanometer process and measured on the bench, locks within a single reference cycle, reproduces the incoming timing at unity phase transfer, and shows none of that instability across a 250-to-1 frequency range. That is measured silicon, not simulation, and it has value today in clocking, frequency synthesis and high-speed interfaces. Because the timing is exact, our Client has designed a radio with no frequency-conversion stages and two signal states rather than the hundreds used by today's Wi-Fi and cellular links. Simulations show roughly eight times the data rate of a conventional high-speed link in a tenth of the spectrum, at range calculated several hundred times greater for the same transmit power. The same architecture addresses high-capacity Wi-Fi and fixed wireless, in-flight entertainment, and precise two-way ranging where satellite signals are weak. A working prototype is one fabrication run away. The company is pre-revenue and its value sits in what has been built: no sales team has ever existed and no marketing budget has been spent, so the commercial upside is open to an acquirer with established channels. The work has been covered in electronics design, identification and defense electronics trade press, and the founder will support a buyer through the transition. Our Client is selling because a larger company with the resources, manufacturing relationships and sales channels to enter these markets quickly can take this technology further and faster than a small founder-led company, and is seeking a strategic buyer in semiconductors, wireless, identification and logistics technology, aerospace or defense electronics who will carry it to market with the founder's support. Confidentiality is a concern for the seller while the right buyer is identified, so the specific city, exact ZIP and name of the business are shared only after a prospective buyer signs an NDA and is vetted, and the location and ZIP shown above reflect the broader market area rather than the operating location. NDA is required to secure a comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) crafted by ProNova Partners.

Wireless Telecommunication Services Company for Sale
Call/Email
CF : $ 1,200,000
The Company is a 24+ year wireless telecommunications engineering and field services platform supporting leading wireless vendors, carriers, and service providers across network modernization, deployment, optimization, and maintenance programs. Its service stack spans wireless engineering, network design, project management, site construction, commissioning and integration, RF optimization, testing, preventive and corrective maintenance, and DAS/small cell infrastructure. The operating model combines an experienced technical workforce, a multi-crew field organization, a flexible subcontractor network, and two operating locations, giving the business the ability to handle targeted assignments as well as larger turnkey programs. Over more than two decades, the Company has built long-standing industry relationships and has operated as an Authorized Service Provider for wireless OEMs and carriers. What makes the opportunity interesting is that the core delivery engine is already in place. The Company has demonstrated the ability to execute large network programs, including site modification and commissioning/integration work across multiple markets, while maintaining broad capability across macro sites, DAS, and small cells. An acquirer is stepping into an operating platform with established customer relationships, field execution capability, project management infrastructure, and technical depth rather than having to assemble those pieces from scratch. That foundation creates practical ways to grow while staying close to the work the Company already knows how to execute. The clearest upside is commercial execution around that existing platform. A buyer with a broader sales organization can pursue deeper penetration of existing relationships, cross-sell adjacent services, expand geographically, and add complementary capabilities or strategic acquisitions while leveraging the Company's operating history and workforce. A strategic acquirer can potentially plug the platform into larger customer programs and its existing sales, marketing, technical, and operational resources, while an operator-led buyer gets a proven base that can be professionalized and scaled rather than built from the ground up. The founder is seeking retirement and is willing to support a mutually agreed transition, providing continuity as the next owner takes the business into its next phase. NDA is required to receive a comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) crafted by ProNova Partners.

Hawaii Managed IT & Telecom MSP, Recurring Revenue
Call/Email
CF : $ 186,948
Our Client is a long-established managed services provider serving businesses and organizations across the Island of Hawaii, with a smaller share of clients on the mainland. Founded in 1999, the company delivers managed IT, network and security services alongside telecommunications, cloud hosting, domain management, IP camera security and data backup, all supported by a ticketing system, a dedicated support line and emergency service protocols. Revenue for 2025 was $1,512,447 as filed, up from $1,456,281 in 2024. The company issues about 140 monthly recurring invoices, and most of its revenue is billed month by month. Clients include schools, nonprofits, medical practices, legal firms and local businesses, and no single account dominates; the ten largest together make up roughly a third of revenue. The Cash Flow and EBITDA figures above understate what this company earns, and the reason is stated up front because it decides who can buy it. Like many long-time owner-operators, the owner has run a meaningful amount of personal and discretionary spending through the business for years, in lines such as vehicles, travel, meals, supplies, consulting and repairs. All of it is recorded in the books and none of it would carry over to a new owner, but every dollar of it reduces the profit shown on the tax return. The figures above come straight from the 2025 return as filed, before any of that spending is added back, so the company's true earnings for an owner are substantially higher. A full add-back schedule, line by line with a document behind each entry, is being prepared by the seller's accountant and will be provided to qualified buyers. Because SBA lenders underwrite strictly from filed tax returns, an SBA loan cannot be sized to this company's real earnings, and an SBA-dependent structure will not work here. This opportunity is for buyers who can close with cash, conventional bank financing or their own balance sheet. Seller financing on part of the price is available for the right buyer, and a local bank that knows the business has said it is interested in discussing conventional financing with a qualified acquirer. The company has drawn more than 500 buyer inquiries since it came to market, and it was sold: the paperwork was complete and closing was a week away when the buyer's chief executive suffered several deaths in his family in quick succession and withdrew. Nothing about the business changed. It is available again, and the goal is a prompt agreement with a substantial buyer who can close on the terms above. The owner is asking $3.6 million and is very flexible on it, on structure as well as price. If the business fits, please do not let the number stop you from making an offer. The owner has built this company over 27 years and cares a great deal about the team and the clients who rely on it. He will stay on through a paid transition period, remain available afterward, and is looking for a buyer who will look after both. A second location on the west side of the island is opening now, bringing in-person service to a new part of the market. The owner is selling to pursue other business interests and is seeking a well-capitalized buyer, ideally an established IT or telecom operator, who can close with cash or conventional financing.
