Medical Mask And Respirator Supply - 14 Patents
Call/Email
Our client offers a disruptive line of transparent antiviral masks and respirators that improve protection without compromising comfort, compliance, and human connectivity. Fourteen worldwide patents and patents pending protect four fully developed products and seven product lines for reusable and disposable respirators and surgical mask products. These reusable and disposable product lines include detachable protective eye shields, clip-on temple bars, and detachable magnification lenses; disposable surgical masks, disposable surgical respirators, and reusable surgical respirators, (with or without protective eyewear) plus other accessories. Medical providers have long deployed surgical masks and respirators to reduce infections caused by airborne pathogens. The Covid pandemic drove masks and respirators onto the world stage. While N95 respirators and surgical masks protect wearers, professionals, and civilians, all have had to accept pragmatic problems. These deficiencies are not just nuisances, they reduce usage, compliance, and efficacy. These include oxygen deprivation, skin irritation and damage, headache reactions, ineffective filtration, and ophthalmic and otolaryngologic distress. Our client’s revolutionary products will directly address each of these issues. Beyond these pragmatic issues, current product offerings are an imposing impairment to human connection. Studies have shown that patient disposition is affected by facial expressions received from doctors and medical staff. A masked face is not a friendly one. Yet, we have accepted the human disruption of current commodity offerings. Our client believes a better way to protect humanity is with products that protect people without interrupting the human and social connectivity between people, at work, in life, or in healthcare when they are likely to be in a vulnerable position, individually or collectively. Our client, after having developed the R&D for its transformational line of surgical masks and respirators and given the criticality of such solutions to the marketplace, is seeking a large manufacturer and/or distributor to partner with instead of pursuing a more typical start-up path. In this case, existing products are so highly commoditized, that a significant opportunity exists for a company to leverage its manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and other assets and capabilities to seize and scale the opportunity. Our client understands that this approach likely reduces its financial payoff. Our client wishes to sell all its intellectual assets, designs, patents, etc. to a leader (or prospective leader) who shares its vision for the industry. After the sale, the founder and developer is willing to continue engaging with the project to continue R&D and design work if desired by the acquiring organization. He has dozens of patents and is well-known in the industry. This opportunity is not yet operating and generating revenue. However, our client has developed four products which include seven product lines with or without protective eyewear. These include disposable surgical masks, disposable surgical respirators, and reusable surgical respirators, with or without protective eyewear (and other accessories). According to numerous scientific studies and consistent feedback from those in the medical field, there are many well-known issues with today’s mask offerings. Our client set out to solve these problems and has designed the best respirator and mask product lines. NDA is required to secure a comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) crafted by ProNova Partners.

Circle K's success in the convenience retailing industry spans 70+ years across almost 15,000 worldwide locations. They carry beverages for energizing, satisfying, warming up, cooling down or just plain thirst quenching. They also carry plenty of food, whether it’s on-the-go, at work, or anywhere in-between – morning time, lunch time, or snack time. This location has been a Circle K since 1987. They are a neighborhood fixture and well-known to their many local customers, who have been drinking and snacking here for years. They recently remodeled with the current branding and more grab and go products; close to $200k invested! By any measure, this location is a smashing success, and the numbers tell the tale: the store grosses approx. $130k/mo. with a net of over $20k/mo. These experienced operators pay attention to the details, as the store is clean and well-maintained, with a modern décor. The inventory is well-organized and well-stocked. ASK $100K: BEER & WINE MARKET, ORANGE COUNTY :$3,200 RENT
$ 100,000
CF : $ 36,000
Established in 2011, this Beer & Wine Market in the heart of La Palma, Orange County, offers a unique opportunity for investors seeking a reliable, recession-proof enterprise. Spanning 1,200 square feet, this neighborhood stronghold is ideally situated adjacent to major industrial hubs and factories, guaranteeing a steady flow of high-volume foot traffic. The business generates an annual revenue of $240,000, with a cash flow of $36,000. The Lotto commission brings in an additional $36,000 per year, covering the remarkable low rent of $3,200 per month (inclusive of CAM) and more. Southern California Skilled Home Health Agency | ACHC Accredited | Medicare Certified
$ 350,000
Healthcare Biz Brokers is pleased to present an excellent opportunity to acquire an established California Medicare-certified Skilled Home Health Agency serving a highly desirable Southern California market. Operating for more than 10 years, this agency provides a solid regulatory platform for buyers seeking an accredited healthcare business with significant growth potential. * The agency is ACHC accredited through 2029, maintains an active Medicare certification, and recently completed its accreditation survey. * Currently operating with a modest census, this acquisition presents an opportunity for an existing home health provider, healthcare entrepreneur, physician group, or investor looking to expand referrals, increase patient volume, and leverage an established Medicare platform. The seller is pursuing other business opportunities and is committed to providing a smooth transition. * The valuation is based on the Replacement Cost Approach, which estimates the investment required to acquire or establish a comparable Medicare-certified Home Health Agency under current market and regulatory conditions. This valuation considers the significant barriers to market entry, including the current CMS nationwide temporary moratorium on new Medicare enrollments for Home Health Agencies, state licensing requirements, Medicare certification, accreditation (where applicable), payer credentialing, regulatory compliance, clinical and administrative infrastructure, technology systems, staffing, referral network development, and the time and capital necessary to develop a comparable operation. Because the issuance of new Medicare provider numbers is currently subject to CMS enrollment restrictions, the opportunity to acquire an existing Medicare-certified agency may carry additional strategic value beyond its historical financial performance. However, this valuation is based on assumptions and prevailing market conditions, and prospective buyers need to independently evaluate and validate the Seller's Replacement Cost valuation during their due diligence. * Confidentiality Notice: Qualified buyers must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), complete a Buyer Profile, and provide Proof of Funds before receiving the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and additional due diligence materials. * Disclaimer The information contained in this teaser has been supplied by the Seller and is believed to be reliable; however, it has not been independently verified by Healthcare Biz Brokers, Inc. No representation or warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. Prospective buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent financial, legal, operational, regulatory, licensing, and compliance due diligence before making any investment decision. All information is subject to change without notice.

The company has a formidable online presence with its own brand, as well as its fulfillment by Amazon component, that represents about one third of its revenues. This brand has a unique competitive advantage due to its phenomenal domain names, each of which rank high in search results, as well as its broad product line that includes over 500 top brands, 150k products, exclusive relationships with several vendors, and shipping offered throughout North America and Europe! The company’s focuses on competing on customer service-driven sales, due to their vast product knowledge coupled with an actual bricks and mortar showroom. New management may wish to evaluate the company’s retail component, which generates an estimated $10k - $12k/month in sales, in additional to $2.5k to $3k per month in rental revenues, but requires more costly retail space and additional staffing. They may consider actively pursing the smaller residential care facility marketplace with a sales team, developing referral partners and penetrating the eldercare consultant markets. The company focuses on the private pay market, but new owners may choose to pursue the insurance-based market as well. Given their commanding web presence, new management may consider expanding much further into additional product categories that they may only have a cursory presence in. Finally, the firm offers free shipping, but has no done an in-depth analysis of the total costs associated with the shipping, returns, and restocking – all of which may merit additional analysis.
