We have an excellent opportunity to acquire a UCAOA Accredited Urgent Care Center in Ventura County, California. The center is centrally located and it has had the same doctor owner since 1996. This agency is unique in that it comes with a strong staff which can be retained by the new owner.

The key functions of the urgent care include: family medicine, physicals (school and work), minor emergencies, occupational medicine, industrial medicine, illness treatment, x-ray services, in-house lab testing and a rapid COVID-19 testing function.

The owner will be working with the buyer during the transition process in order to facilitate a smooth change, though the owner does not want to be retained for a long-term commitment.

The reason for the sale is that the owner is looking to slowing down, to semi-retire.

The urgent care caters to a number of insurances to include workers compensation and insurance carriers. This clinic has had a few large corporate based contracts in place for many years which will carry forward with the new owner.

Financials: Gross Income - 2019: $1,700,000.00; 2018: 1,550,000.00; 2017: 1,660,000.00. The average SDE for the past three years has been $570,000.00 with the operations of the center being consistent on a year-to-year basis.
