We have a Joint Commission (JC) accredited home health agency that is past its 36-month rule mandate with its most recent JC survey being performed and passed in September 2021. This agency would be considered a turn-key agency with a full-time staff in a great location in the South Bay (Los Angeles County).

Lease: The buyer will have the option to relocate the agency via a properly executed CHOL (Change of Location) packet.

Census: The average daily census is 30-50 patients, of which there is a 50% split between managed care and Medicare patients. The census will be part of the transaction.

Referrals: The agency referrals from various hospital-based referral sources to include Cedars Sinai Medical Center (Marina campus), Torrance Memorial and the Keck (USC) Medical Center. The owner is willing to work with the new owner in helping retain these referrals sources as
well as to re-tap past referral sources. The seller does not currently actively market for patients which is a part of the agency that would be prime for a buyer to develop.

Managed Care. Nowadays, it is virtually impossible for an agency to become a provider on the majority of the managed care programs.
