In operation since 2010, under the direction of one owner-manager. Fresh products are sold throughout the Bay Area through various retail channels.
The company leases a facility of approximately 2,100 square feet, which may be available for a buyer to continue renting at market rate, in the Bay Area, east of San Francisco,

Sales in 2024 were $1,356,620 with seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE) of $261,683.

In addition to the owner-manager, the company employs a staff of eight full-time and two part-time workers.

The sale includes all equipment used in production, including stove, grill, mixers, pots, dicer, racks, vacuum packer, etc. 

The Transaction: The seller is open to all reasonable offers and terms.  The business is being offered for $695,000, approximately half of annual sales, 2.6x SDE. This would include all assets used in the business, except accounts receivable, cash-on-hand, leasehold security deposit, and re-saleable inventory. This is for the entire business including, as applicable, the business name, trade names, trademarks, proprietary formulas and recipes, any other intellectual property, customer lists, vendor/supplier information, sales backlog, goodwill, tangible assets, (tools, apparatus, furniture, fixtures, and equipment). A definitive list assets will be included in any purchase agreement and will supersede this list. It does not include cash, accounts payable*, accounts receivable, or security deposits.
