Rent. The seller is willing to work with the facility owner with regards to the rental terms. The current monthly rent will be at $5,000.00 per month with the first and the last month rent to be made as a deposit with a three-year lease to be created with an option to renew for an additional three years along with a right of first refusal to be included in the lease contract in the event the seller opts to sell the property. Buyer will need to fill out a credit authorization form and provide references. The buyer should have experience in the ARF/RCFE/CLHF/other facility setting with access to staff and referral sources. The specifics of the lease can be
negotiated. The seller at this time is not interested in selling the property.

Consultant: The seller can provide the buyer with a list of qualified RCFE consultants or CLHF Consultants that can help the new owner (as applicable).

All interested parties must fill out a PEAD and follow all COVID and CDC guidelines.
