Description About This Posting: Fantastic Sams Hair Salon - Absentee Run
Gross Revenue just under ONE MILLION
Current Sales and Revenue Growth.
Amazing business opportunity with yearly revenue just under ONE MILLION. Three well established hair salons that have all been in business over 10 years with large customer bases (One salon has been in business for 25 years). Two of the three salons have strong YOY growth, and 1 of the stores is in the top 100 stores nationwide.
Two locations have added upside potential with the shopping centers bringing in newly added anchor stores that will be opening in the next 3 months - Fitness 19, Chase Bank, and Starbucks opening soon. Each salon could also add 1-2 stylist for additional growth potential, especially with increased traffic to the 2 locations with new anchors.
Management and Key Persons True Absentee Business
Each salon has a manager in place and there are 3 Key Persons in the company that have been cross trained and currently fulfill all day to day operations, therefore, this is a true absentee business. Owners spend about 2 hours per week running the company, this could also be eliminated if the final task of banking that the owners currently perform is delegated to one of the Key Persons or Managers. There are currently a total of 24 employees in the company.
Owner will provide training to buyer. Also, Franchisor provides New Owner training if new owner desires.
Each salon has 10 stylist stations, 4 shampoo bowls, 3 hair drying stations, reception desk, reception chairs, TV's, coffee station, digital cameras, and are very well kept, with all salons having received a refresh with new paint.
This is a technology proof business as well as a recession proof business, an amazing opportunity to own a premiere franchise.
